You have a period of 7 clear days after receiving your order to return it in its original condition, with the goods unused and in brand-new condition. Simply send us an email in order to receive the return procedure instructions (this procedure is important so we can process your return under the best possible conditions). Products must be returned complete, unused, in their original packaging and condition, together with the invoice. If the above conditions are met, Powerchips will reimburse the buyer within 15 days for the returned products.
Subject to the provisions specified above for distance sales, no after-sales return will be accepted without our prior approval. Returns must be shipped prepaid, without penalties except for possible shipping and packaging costs. Any merchandise returned for after-sales service without prior agreement will automatically be refused.
Delivery times are always provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute a contractual commitment and cannot justify penalties or compensation in the event of delays. Cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances are reserved for our benefit and give us the right to suspend the execution of orders for a duration equal to the event causing the delay. Any claim must be made in writing directly to the carrier upon delivery, and a copy must be sent to us within 15 days; otherwise, no claim will be accepted.
The installation of our Powerchips tuning boxes and kits is extremely simple, and we provide assistance in case of difficulty. However, if you are unable to identify the various mechanical components required for installation, you may request the assistance of a qualified professional.
Powerchips declines all responsibility in the event that the delivered product or its use by the purchaser does not comply with the road legislation of the delivery country or the country in which the equipment is used. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with any legal or regulatory requirements applicable in the country where the equipment is used.
The products sold by Powerchips in Europe, like similar products available online, are generally intended for motorsport and competition use only. Powerchips declines all liability regarding any impact on manufacturer warranties or insurance coverage.
Powerchips cannot be held liable for any material, immaterial or bodily damage resulting from improper use of the products sold. In all circumstances, Powerchips’ liability shall be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be engaged for simple errors or omissions that may remain despite all precautions taken in presenting the products.
No compensation or damages may be claimed. Our liability cannot be engaged for prejudice resulting from defective equipment, improper use, misuse, or diversion from the intended use of our products, regardless of the cause. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted the conditions of use of the products.
This website serves as the official reference for Powerchips products. It cancels and replaces all previous printed versions. Consequently, no compensation or damages may be claimed regarding objections related to previous editions of the catalog.
As we are located in Switzerland but outside the European Union, our prices are export prices. They are therefore inclusive of taxes and calculated ex-works. Invoicing is always based on the prices applicable on the date of shipment.

Our ECU remapping and tuning solutions are covered by a 5-year warranty exclusively regarding their proper operation. The warranty applies only under normal use conditions and does not guarantee the performance figures displayed on our website. No warranty is granted in the event of improper installation.
Our warranties are strictly limited to the replacement of defective parts or products only. Under no circumstances shall Powerchips be required to pay damages or compensation of any kind. Powerchips excludes all warranties in cases of force majeure, negligence, lack of maintenance, improper use, or defective installation.
